Refund policy
Exchanges must be made within 20 days of your purchase. Products may be returned for store credit only.To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Gift Cards are not returnable. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We have the right to deny exchange or store credit if item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and exchange is within 20 days of original purchase.
Refunds Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, mail your product to: Hafen Beauty P.O. Box 9424, Spokane, WA 99209. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Hafen is not liable for missing or damaged items due to USPS, UPS, or all Mail Carriers within the United States and Canada.
